 He's the Soviets Science Advisor and Commander of the Psychic Corp. His un-natural mental powers make him a very dangerous foe. This is one sicko puppy that shows no compassion or pity for anyone. Even the Soviets aren't safe around him!
General Vladimir:
 He's the Commanding General of the Soviet Invasion force. He does a lot of boasting away from the battlefield....no doubt likes Vodka maybe a bit too much. Only time will tell if he will prove to be a worthy adversary.
